Life in our world today is fast-paced, stressful, and takes its toll on your health and well-being.  You may notice that you have a hard time sleeping, relaxing, that your are tired all of the time, or just feel bad in general.  Maybe, you have pain or other symptoms in your body that just won't go away no matter how many doctors you see or how many medicines you take.  Or perhaps you just feel "nervous" all of the time, and have a hard time enjoying much of anything about your life.  

The fact is, the body and mind are connected in many ways, and this can be leveraged to improve your health in real and measurable ways. I know, I have lived it.  Sadly, the healing aspects of medicine are being squeezed out of our health system more and more each day, leaving you and many like you frustrated, without answers that you want, or even hopeless that any sort of solution or relief is in sight.

My aim is to help you learn simple and doable skills and concepts that will help you start feeling better in your body, mind, and life, regardless of whatever issue or circumstance you may be facing .  While I do teach meditation, don't let the name fool you.  There are many other approaches to get you on the right path, and I'll help you discover the one that is right for you.

I am passionate about teaching meditation and other self-healing modalities, as I believe all who are willing to try can benefit in many ways. My teaching style involves distilling a wide body of information and experience into a simple and easily applicable set of concepts and practices that you can easily assimilate and use.

For me, it’s about offering you something you can readily and meaningfully apply within your own life, just as it is today, which is the only place any of it ever really works or makes sense anyway.  I will not ask you to become something you are not, or to do anything that doesn't seem natural for you.  Quite the opposite, I will help you utilize the strengths and skills you already have to transform your life into the one you want and deserve.
